Kinblood terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Himmelblau Studios, a sole proprietorship based in Thailand, about playing Kinblood. By playing you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t play.

1. Early access

Kinblood is in early access. Features, balance, cards, rewards and prices change, and we may reset or adjust data when needed to fix errors or abuse. We will say so in the game’s news before big changes when we can.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in safe; you are responsible for what happens on your account. One person per account. A guest account lives on one device until you link it; if the device is lost before linking, the save may be lost too. You can delete your account any time in Settings.

3. Virtual items

Cards, packs, gold, shards, seeds, Star Gems, passes and other items are a license to use them in the game. They are not property, have no money value, and cannot be sold, traded or exchanged outside the game. Star Gems and passes you buy are delivered to your account; except where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund, purchases are final once delivered. Purchases made through Steam are also covered by Steam’s refund policy.

4. Fair play

Don’t cheat, exploit bugs on purpose, use bots or modified clients, attack our servers, impersonate others, or harass players. Display names must not be offensive. We may warn, reset progress gained unfairly, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. What we provide

The game is provided as is. We work to keep it running but cannot promise it is always available or free of errors. We may end the service; if we do, we will announce it at least 60 days in advance.

6. Content

The game, its art, story, music and voices belong to Himmelblau Studios or its licensors. You may stream and share videos and screenshots of the game. Ideas and feedback you send may be used without obligation to you.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will say so in the game. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand decide disputes, unless the consumer law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim there.
